Director Business Strategy Planning Alliance Partnerships Singtel Singapore

Job Description:
We are looking for a Director, Business Strategy Planning and Alliance Partnerships to be responsible for formulating, communicating and executing of overall business plan and strategy for International Group (IG). You will be working closely with stakeholders in IG to drive transformation projects and business improvement through Centre of Excellence process and leading and shaping IG strategic planning process.

Reporting to the CEO of International Group, you will be responsible for:

Driving strategic agendas and overall planning for bi-annual Regional CEO forums to achieve group synergy
Formulating agenda and overall planning for bi-annual IG workshops involving overseas assignees to jointly identify opportunities and necessary resources to support Associates to meet business needs and resolve issues with tangible impact


Monitoring developments in broad landscape of competition, political and regulatory policies and etc in the telecommunication industry in Associates markets to identify in advance potential impacts to SingTel Group and its associates
Success of Singtel regional Online community portal (IdeazCanvas.com) by driving impactful and sought after content to be shared across Singtel group, and achieve high readerships and usage of this portal through content, intuitive and friendly UI and useful work related features.
Driving Group Roaming Wholesales partnerships for Singtel Associates and Bridge Alliance.
Working closely with Bridge Alliance to expand Singtel Group initiatives to Bridge Alliance Members.


Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements

A good degree from reputable university with at least 15 years of relevant working experience
3-5 years in a management role
Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic planning, business operation roles, budget process and management
Strategic Management
Business Process Management
Project Management trained
Proven product management and/or marketing skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff including Senior Management.
Experience in serving the global market.
Fluent in English
Culturally-sensitive when working and interfacing with Associates.
Able to travel and be willing to be based overseas when required.
