You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of medium to large projects for CPF Board. You will undertake activities such as requirement analysis, solutioning, project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. In overseeing the implementation of the project, you will need to multi task and confidently manage stakeholders both within and outside CPF Board.
As a part of the management team, you will be required to assist the Director in running the day-to-day operations of the department, initiating and implementing process improvements, and managing subordinates.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in application development and maintenance with 8 years' in project management
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sizeable team with people management responsibilities
Experience in managing mid to large scale IT Application projects, and in handling projects in the mainframe environment - with relational databases (such as DB2/Oracle/Teradata)
Hands-on knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle, able to manage the scope of requirement, review application design and deliver cost effective solution to business users and external stakeholders
Experience in Java and vendor management will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
Certification in CITPM or PMP preferred
